I needed my eyebrows reshaped & spent a lot of time looking for someone in which I would have a great experience with. Gabrielle canceled my appointment twice; once through the online service she uses & once by text. On the last cancellation she texted me she was sorry & if I came the next Wednesday she would give me a complimentary waxing. I agreed since I understand things can happen. She canceled a 3rd time 8 minutes before my appointment through the online service after I texted her while sitting in the parking lot which business to go into since the plaza I was in didn’t have GMR beauty posted. No personal text or anything; unprofessional.
Very professional and great customer service. Would recommend to anyone in or around the Syracuse area! Great prices and great lashes. She was able to do exactly what I wanted based on an Instagram photo that I showed her. She also included lash cleaner and a brush!
